Telehealth Internship

Telehealth is an integral part of healthcare today. Several dialysis providers have integrated telehealth as a permanent part of their offerings. It's also the way we're able to service dialysis facilities around the world.

It's important for interdisciplinary team members to obtain experience in this setting. Learning the difficulties, challenges and benefits of this mode of communication will better prepare every entry level clinician.

Our telehealth internship is for dietetic interns only.
All students enrolling in our telehealth with Barbados internship must also complete the course on "The History of Food and Nutrition in Barbados".
Students must have required technology equipment and stable/consistent internet access.
